Mental Health First Aid® (MHFA) equips your staff and members with the skills and confidence to recognise and respond when someone may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis, provide initial support and guide them towards appropriate professional help.

Mental Health First Aid® is an accredited course that meets national standards for quality, safety, and effectiveness in mental health and suicide prevention.

  • Official MHFA Manual to each participant.

  • MHFA Training by a Licenced Instructor.

  • MHFA Certificate of Completion upon meeting requirments.

Rural Counselling Australia provides this training under licence of Mental Health First Aid International.

This course is accredited by:
National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards, and Suicide Prevention Australia.
